  • Muay Thai Class

    Muay Thai

    Our coaches run authentic Muay Thai training sessions incorporating a combination of bag work, pad work and drills, progressively working up to sparring. You’ll improve your defence techniques while also getting a cardio workout. Given our focus on creating a safe training environment, we’ll also teach you how to be a good training partner, demonstrate correct use of equipment while ensuring correct posture and form to reduce the risk of injury.

  • Strength & Conditioning Class

    Strength

    Our Strength class is all about building a stronger, more resilient body designed specifically for women. Using functional movements, resistance training, and proper technique, you’ll develop total-body strength to support your Muay Thai training and everyday life. Expect a mix of weights, bodyweight exercises, and core work in a motivating and supportive environment. This class is for all levels and focuses on helping you feel powerful, capable, and confident in your own strength.

  • Boxing Class for Women

    Boxing class

    Our Boxing class is designed specifically for women, focusing on technique, power, and confidence. You’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing like footwork, defense, and striking through dynamic pad work, combinations, and conditioning drills. Whether you're new to boxing or want to sharpen your skills, this class builds strength, endurance, and self-belief in a supportive, all-female environment.

  • Sparring Class

    Sparring Class

    Sparring class is suitable for those wanting to step up the challenge and fitness to up-skill the level. Whether you want to participate in our Sparring Day event, enter a competition or just want to have fun moving around with sparring partners, this class is for you.

  • Mobility & Stretching Class

    This class helps you move better, feel looser, and recover faster. Through guided stretching and mobility-focused movements, we’ll release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and support healthy joint function. Perfect for all levels, especially if you train hard or sit often.
