Since 2019, we’ve empowered women with world-class fight training, strength and conditioning, and recovery services, all in a safe and welcoming space. At JS Muay Thai training is about more than fitness — it’s about building strength, confidence and community. Founded by two national champions, our women-only gym was created to provide a safe and supportive space where women can learn authentic Muay Thai, develop strength and conditioning, and recover properly while pushing limits and growing stronger together. We've more than just a gym — it’s a community where women show up, push limits and rise together. Now it’s your turn to be part of our community.

Muay Thai 101

New to Muay Thai? Designed for beginners, these sessions introduce the fundamentals of Muay Thai training in Melbourne, including stance, striking techniques, pad work and movement. Learn the basics in a supportive, women-only environment while building confidence, fitness, no ego just support.

Group Classes

Train in high-energy Muay Thai group classes in Melbourne, designed for all fitness levels. Our experienced coaches lead authentic sessions including bag work, pad work, technical drills and optional sparring, helping you build real skills, fitness and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

Beyond Muay Thai, our timetable also includes boxing, strength training, HIIT, and mobility classes to support performance, conditioning and overall wellbeing.

Personal Training

Our 1:1 Muay Thai, Strength and boxing coaching is built around you — your goals, your pace and your progression. From refining technique to building strength and conditioning, every session is designed to help you level up faster. Focused training. Real progress.

mum & kids training

A fun and empowering way for mums and kids to train together. Our sessions focus on fitness, coordination and confidence while introducing the fundamentals of Muay Thai in a safe and supportive environment.

Strength Mobility

Build strength, stability and mobility to support your Muay Thai training and recovery. These sessions focus on functional strength, injury prevention and better movement so you can train harder and perform at your best. Led by Coach Kara, who is also a certified nutritionist, members receive guidance on strength, recovery and nutrition to support long-term performance and overall wellbeing.

Recovery Zone

Training hard is only half the equation — recovery keeps you progressing. The JS Muay Thai Recovery Zone in Melbourne helps your body reset after intense Muay Thai training with infrared sauna therapy and compression recovery boots, designed to reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation and support overall performance. In our calm women-only recovery space, members can relax, recharge and return to training stronger, more balanced and ready for the next session.
