Join us for 15 unforgettable days of Muay Thai, recovery, and cultural immersion in the heart of northern Thailand. This retreat is designed to help you train hard, recover smart, and reconnect with yourself, your goals, and a vibrant global community.
What to Expect
You’ll train twice a day at Hongthong Muay Thai, one of Chiang Mai’s most respected gyms, known for its experienced trainers, technical coaching, and authentic atmosphere
In between training, enjoy unlimited access to Recovery Zone, including an ice bath, outdoor sauna, herbal steam room, and swimming pool. Daily yoga sessions are also included to support flexibility, mindfulness, and active recovery.
But this retreat isn’t just about training. It’s about experiencing Thailand the right way. We’ve chosen Chiang Mai for its peaceful vibe, mountain scenery, incredible food, and deep cultural roots. It’s a city that supports both performance and rest, adventure and reflection.
Accommodation
You’ll stay in a modern, apartment room just steps from the gym. No transport needed. Each room is air-conditioned and features a private balcony and bathroom, a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, and free WiFi. It’s the perfect place to rest, recharge, and make yourself at home during the retreat.

Given international travel restrictions, we’re replicating the Thailand Muay Thai training holiday experience and bringing it to Victoria! The JSMT retreat is open to both Muay Thai beginners and those who are more experienced. Designed to be holistic, the program will focus on pure Muay Thai as well as key things that will complement and improve your Muay Thai training. We’ll also be incorporating plenty of fun and relaxation!
