JS Muay Thai is a women-focused Muay Thai community founded by two professional female fighters, built on the belief that Muay Thai can empower and build self-confidence. Specifically designed for women of all ages, body types, fitness levels and walks of life, the JS Community is a welcoming and supportive space for anyone who wants to learn or improve their Thai kickboxing skills, get fit and/or meet like-minded people.

Our founders, Joanne La and Som Rangkla , share in common their energetic personalities, infectious optimism and depth of experience, which they’ve infused into creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

What differentiates them is their fight styles and body types, with Jo the more aggressive fighter in contrast with Som’s long limbs and highly technical fighting style. This enables them to adapt techniques for a broad range of people, enhancing your learning experience.

Whether your goals are weight loss, to improve your overall health and wellbeing, or develop a new skill, at the core of JS Muay Thai is a desire to provide a safe and welcoming training environment, to help you become the best version of yourself and unlock your hidden potential.

GROUP CLASS

Our group classes are designed to suit people of all ages and fitness levels. Our coaches run authentic Muay Thai training sessions incorporating a combination of bag work, pad work and drills, progressively working up to sparring. You’ll improve your defence techniques while also getting a cardio workout. Given our focus on creating a safe training environment, we’ll also teach you how to be a good training partner, demonstrate correct use of equipment while ensuring correct posture and form to reduce the risk of injury.

One-on-one or small group personal training is the perfect way to fast-track your progress with sessions tailored to your specific goals.

 

8 WEEK COURSE HOW TO MUAY THAI 101
